I don't hate much on my consoles but...:
PS3:
Price tag especially when the € was way higher than the $ - felt ripped off
No PSN cards for Europe yet
Lack of JRPGs
Xbox 360
RROD and other failures
Games not being obligatory regionfree
The two above couples making importing a hassle
Wii:
Low 3rd party adoption for the popularity it has
Waggle everywhere. Some games don't need it
