Yes yes, it´s fun to speculate who will wind up being the number 1 HD system by the end of this gen, but in the end, it´s mostly useless.
This generation, so different from previous ones, has shown us most developers see both the PS3 and the 360 as a single platform...most of them don´t see them as "PS3 and 360", they see them as "PS360".
That being said, and as anyone who follows the industry knows, most big 3rd party titles are on PS360, regardless of the position these systems have at the moment.
In the end, it looks like the 360 claims the U.S and the UK, the PS3 claims continental Europe and Asia, but it doesn´t matter, they´re mostly viewed as a single platform.
In a nutshell, they´re perhaps the strongest 2nd and 3rd place systems the industry has seen, when it comes to 3rd party support (well, maybe not, if you include the Genesis).
Anyway, whether you choose a PS3 or a 360, overall you´re well served in quality 3rd party support.
