Price matters more than launch times. Saturn beat PS1 to launch, but its $400 price tag vs $300 price tag and lack of early games killed it. Over time, PS1's price lead remained as it continued to cut its price. It stands to reason that next year the 360 pro will be $250, thus keeping the $100 price difference between the standard PS3 and 360 models.
