Red Faction: Guerrilla next AAA game?

The original Red Faction was one of the best FPS games on PS2 (though there's not a lot of competition there), but the second seemed somewhat less interesting (though I never actually played it). There's probably potential here, but it will take a lot for the game to differentiate itself in the painfully overcrowded shooter genre.
