Call of Duty: WAW REAL GRAPHICS footage, not a youtube one, still great

Looks quite bad actually. Could be because of that crappy video. :D I haven't played any wii fps:s, so I have to ask. Are you able to lock your crosshair at the center of the screen on this/all games? It looked pretty annoying the way this guy played.
