I believe the closest a non-Nintendo game has come this gen is actually Halo 3 with some 8.2 million. So not far off. I think, were GTA4 exclusive, it would have a chance of cracking 10 million on the PS3 eventually. |

Wii Sports Resort comes with Motion Plus. It'll be the game to have for that particular peripheral. Believe me when I say this, I'm betting right now that people will try to disclude it like Wii Play because it's another forced bundle. Of course, also because it'll pull Wii Play-like numbers, and people will look for any excuse to downplay the Wii's success.
Wii Sports has sold 3.27mil in Japan, when it costs about $40. That's a ~47% attach rate, higher than Wii Play in that region. I'm not saying it would have crossed 10mil in one region (not yet anyway), but not even crossing 5 mil? Who are you kidding? Again, it sold 3.27mil in Japan, where only 20% of all Wiis have been sold.
