I personally don't think that's going to happen as of right now...... I compared PS3 and 360 sales using the Chartz, and when PS3 launched, 360 sales were beating PS3 by about 5.5 Mil, and the gap has widened..... It may be my mistake, but from using the Chartz.... PS3 has made no ground yet.

One way to look at it is like this:
The first whole year that the PS3 was out it got outsold by the 360, which means the gap between the PS3 and 360 was a lot more than 5.5 million because that was just the launch numbers. 360 actually increased the gap for the whole first year the PS3 was out and now the gap is back to where it first began even though the PS3 is twice the price. Since the beginning of 2008 the PS3 has been catching up pretty good, again with a high price tag. It's only logical that when GoW 3/GT/FF/Pricecuts come out that the PS3 will get a reasonable lead.
