Well, I don't like it when people come up to me and ask if I have any questions. Usually I have a purpose if I'm going to the store and I already know what I want. That and I assume that any salesperson won't know anything about what I'm interested in, which they usually don't...
So, I don't know...I see retail stores as sort of giant vending machines rather than a sales market.
