Do you know what it's like to be on the other end of that call though? I used to work in electronics at Zellers and I once counted 40 Wii calls in a 6 hour shift. And that's only the ones I answered. Of course this was December and it's not always that busy, but you can see where I'm going. I was never rude about it, but it really gets annoying when you're trying to do stuff and the phone keeps ringing.
