very true, but the single associate is the one who might be able to spark something to get people off their arses. Its kind of the jealous factor. If one worker makes it so that you look like a lazy ars compared to him you will want to work harder. |
Don't take this the wrong way because I mean this as more of a joke but have you ever worked at a job? A hard worker likely isn't going to be able to make lazy ass bums do their job better. It's unfortunate but that's the way it is. Other workers won't get jealous, they'll simply take delight in that one or more of their coworkers are working extra hard so they feel they can take it easy. I've been working for 12 or 13 years now and I've always known that to be the case. Coworkers will stand or sit around and not do the job because they know someone else will pick up the slack.
I like your thinking and I wish in real life, it proved true but it rarely, if ever happens.

Fable 2 came with a $15.00 Itunes card, Fallout 3 a $10.00 gift certificate, Far Cry 2 free strategy guide, and gears of war 2 free 1600 MS card. I have been impressed with there customer service latly they great me at the door. |
Circuit City doesn't care, they're desperate to make money. If they care about gamers or any of their customers, they would've fixed up their stores and made them neater and easier to find items. The stores I visit are always a mess. Also, they charge $20, I think for their gamers membership. Best Buy has been offering their Reward Zone card for free for a few years now and also extended a gamers club out of the Reward Zone also for free. If any store at least acts as if they care for their gamers and customers in general, it's Best Buy. And what I mean by "acts if they care" is that no big chain store or big company truly cares for their customer beyond what's in their wallet or purse.
I'll come up with something better eventually...
