1. Yes and no. There are 3 models of the DS, the original one, nicknamed the DS Phat is very hard to find, the 3rd version, the DSi, hasn't been released in the USA, it will be in 2009. The DSi will have two cameras, an SD slot and several improvements over the DS Lite, it will not have a GBA slot and lower battery life, but it will recharge faster.

2. This will take a while, I'll answer this one separately.

3. Since I haven't played these two games I can't say.

4. Later.

5. GBA games.

6. Don't think so and careful with the "flat GameCube" remark.

7. Yes, but you will a Wi-Fi zone to connect it.

8. It depends on the brightness level, I remember seeing a graph with the info, I'll search for it. For DS lite lowest brightness setting 15-19 hours, highest brightness setting 5-8

9. Not as good graphics as PSP, only thing that I can think of.

10. A DS Lite costs about $130.

11. Look at Amazon.

12. The DS Lite can't without some accessories, the DSi can.

13. The DS Lite doesn't need memory, the games come on cartridges, the DSi has 256 MB of internal flash memory and can use SD cards.

Hope this helps.
