No it wont get it to the WII numbers. It should provide a boost though but most Gears caters to the people who bought a 360 already
Went to circuit city to buy it you get a free 1600 point card and I saw a line of 5 people all buying it, never seen that before. There were only 5 people in the store (it was 10:15 just after the store opened
PS3, WII and 360 all great systems depends on what type of console player you are.
Currently playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Fallout 3, Halo ODST and Dragon Age Origins is next game
