We may pay more for our games, but our customer service is tip-top. If you go in to any gaming store (EB games, Game or whatever) they only employ people that love gaming. I've often decided on which game to buy based on the recommendation by the staff. What's more, they recommend based on their taste as a gamer, not what will ring the most profit to their store, I've often asked which is better out of game A or B, and been told to buy game B, even though that store doesn't stock it

I would much rather pay less instead of paying to get advice I can just look up on the internet. I've mainly been ordering my games online anyways (both used and new).
