Customer service will go a long way for smaller companies, Wal-mart already has a strong (the strongest) foothold of all the retailers. There is no need (or want, check all those lawsuits) to pay for good customer service in Wal-mart's eyes.
A gamestop, EB games, etc...(a small store) should have the best customer service but I think they don't even have good customer service, always some punk kid who doesn't want to be bothered.
