for a JRPG standards for me its gotta be Infinite Undiscovery with its twists and characters (although some really do need more fleshing out) ..
We still not got ToV here in Europe.. >.>
and also starting to get into the Gears 2 story.. its just like a no brainer hollywood action blockbuster but there are certain moments like the *Dom / Maria* scene that I thought was done well... and Tai's farewell scene.. :o
