Hmm... I'd given that some thought, & here's my rationale:
1st Month: 1 - 4 weeks
2nd Month: 5 - 8 weeks
3rd Month: 9 - 12 weeks
4th Month: 13 - 16 weeks
I figure that 13th is 4th Month, 1st week... but I can see how it might be confusing, so I won't mention 4th month from now on.
