EDIT: As Uncharted isn't in my 'collection', COD4 is the fourth best PS3 game in my collection.

1) MGS4

2) Oblivion

3) Tools of Destruction

4) COD4

I can't fairly count BioShock in this list, because it is currently installing, but I think that can grab second place.

 

MGS4 came out this year. CoD4 came out last year in 2007. 11/6/07

Combined with the fact that you said "last year" I'd assume you'd know that it was 2007 we were talking about.

Thus, MGS4 is excluded.

 

Now I know it's your opinion and all that Obilivion and ToD was better than CoD4, but it's my opinion that you are dead wrong. CoD4 is vastly superior to both of those games in fun, immersion, and everything, even without the online modes.

Many would agree with me. :P

You said it wasn't even close. CoD4 isn't "close" to Racket and Clank?

I think you've listed those games because they're exclusive.
