Nice advice for medics. I will say that medics can get the most kills over levels if they have the paralysis ability. With those you hit an enemy once and they freeze and take damage over time. If the ability ends before the damage is done being dealt your bar will go back up quickly.
But unless there are huge groups of enemies, you always get more experience healing people.
