Confirmed list of games for Sega megadrive ultimate collection ps3/360

Streets of rage, sweet. Question are these going to be released via PSN/Live as downloads or are they going to release these like they did previously on disc as sega classics collection? I hope its the latter because they charge too much for downloading individual games.
