I think Super Mario Galaxy looks amazing, and I can definitely see the upgrade to Metroid Prime 3 - but I don't really mind, gameplay and the "Nintendo difference" are more important to me.
I was happy with Super Mario 64 in terms of graphics. Pure graphics-lovers can buy an Xbox 360 or PS3.
