This interview is a great find, been looking for some solid confirmation about Sadness.
I think a lot of people understand the game is still a ways off and that a lot of things can happen so they aren't really getting their hopes up until there is at least more information and more confirmation that the game will absolutely be coming out. But I think just the fact that the basic idea was given such positive feedback combined with them putting a lot of time into the game could result in something special...hopefully it will be worth the wait...but we will have to wait to find out lol
