I know exactly what the breakdown is for their scoring system, but tell me, does it make any sense what so ever that there is no difference between an A and an A+?
I personally think Gamerankings does a much better job on the lettering system.
With Metacritic you would figure each letter would represent around 8 points on the scale, but due to the laziness with the A and A+ you have scores where a B+ would be in the low 80's, no score in the high 80's, then you go into mid to high 70's, then dip down almost 10 points to a 67 and then dip another 12 points on the next letter grade to a 55. All this to make up for laziness with the A and A+ scores.
