Ey, you can't nitpick on all those things. They aren't supposed to be equal. If they were, changes are one would be copying another. Sometimes it goes one way, sometimes the other (compared to each other). It's not a conspiracy

but still, 3k is a lot in japan. i mean thats what ps3 sold in japan last week for crying out loud!! its like an extra week of sales!! lol.

Look at it this way - in December, the Ps3 and X360 should sell 400K ish. If VGChartz and Famitsu are off by 5% from each other, that is 20K, or 4 normal X360/Ps3 weeks. Yet no-one will think about this, as it evens out perfectly. By doing this, you will get overly suspicous and draw the wrong conclusions in the long run.
