Which company makes better western rpgs: Bethesda or Bioware?

I think definately Bioware; Mass Effect, KOTOR, Neverwinter Nights.

AND the decisive one has to be Baldurs Gate a game that have revived the fantasy WRPG's, with Baldurs Gate 2 as well.
