Worldwide in '08 (according to the site) there were still 1.33million more PS3's sold in comparison to 360's. Just to get some perspective.
They would need Gears 2 to give them MGS4 launch numbers to have any hope of beating them in 08, but that would mean bundling the game in all regions not just EU. I think it could get close...maybe 800K difference in the end.
