Ehm, no country has seen Season 7. It starts in January in the US.
What's the spoiler? The Africa thing is in the trailer, so that's hardly a spoiler, since you'd have to stop watching Fox to avoid it. Besides it's about Redemtion, not season 7. I can give you a season 7 spoiler though:

No, it was implied, but you didn't actually see it. He also didn't get the silent clock, which happens when major characters die.

That was definitely the most touching moment of all of 24
Anyway, I read that the initial plans for season 7 had Jack in Africa helping rebuild homes, and they were going to have a jump as he travelled back to the US, but those were changed, and this movie is using those ideas.
What does really annoy me is that CTU has gone, though Cloe and Bill will be back from next season (I think) and I am so happy to see Tony back, he was my second favourite character by a mile
