Obama (D) for President
Franken (DFL) for Senate*
Sarvi (DFL) for Rep
Nobody for state rep because I didn't feel I knew enough to make an informed vote.
I voted in one of the state Supreme Court contests (for Gildea) because I heard her and her opponent talking on the radio and her opponent started in with some nasty attacks and rhetoric I didn't like the sound of. Way to go, bitch, you just earned a vote against you.
*and BTW it was THAT close between him and Barkley (Ind). My dad, formerly a Republican voter until Bush betrayed him in 2000-2004, was the one who almost convinced me to vote Independent. We looked at his platform online and I just wasn't convinced he was better than Franken.
