R2 vs G2 - what features included in game is better than the other?

Whoopdie Doo, he likes R2 more. Get over it. IGN and Metacritic are not the be all end all for everyone here.

I second this in a MASSIVE way. My thread with comparisons was for everyone else to watch the videos and post there own order. Instead you had fanboys insecure about there console purchase for 2 or 3 pages bashing me for my opinion. Did I bash anyone for doing there opinion there against mine?

 

Personally I did not read that thread so I wouldn't know, but honestly it is so tiring to see people (and they know who they are) coming into threads, telling people their opinions are wrong, then going on to explain why they are wrong and act as though their opinions and/or some reviewers opinion is worth more to said user than their own personal opinion. It is just sad that people worry that much.

 

My opinion on which I will purchase first? Neither.

Both are on my Gamefly list, I am getting Gears first seeing as I do not have LIVE, so my multiplayer gaming (if I even play multi, which I usually do not) will go to Resistance 2. As for Single player campaign, I enjoyed Gears 1 much more than Resistance, so I expect it to be the same here. I did enjoy the storyline is Resistance though, so I do want to know what happens and I really want to kick the shit out of that Leviathan.

I heard bad things about the Gears 2 ending, I just hope it doesn't leave me hanging like Gears 1 did. I hate knowing that I need to wait a couple years just to find out what happens next.

I also find that playing Gears in co-op was much more entertaining than Resistance as well.

Multiplayer though, in terms of Deatmatches and such, sorry but both fall short. UT3 owns my consoles, keep that slow paced stuff away from me, I like my PC speed mod.
