Opinions are opinions. They can never be true or false, fact or fiction.

Assumptions aren't opinions. Assumptions can, and often are incorrect. If someone said "I don't like LBP because I hate Real Time strategy games," they made an assumption and it is factually incorrect.

Assumptions are not protected under the "every man has an opinion" statute.
