BS. You're telling me HVS had *millions* of $$/risk to sink into a project without the backing of a publisher? Why don't they self-publish if their pockets are so deep?
Dream on. They were scrambling for a publisher to offer them a decent enough deal so they wouldn't go under after this game. Sega isn't exactly a phenominon as of late... I hope this was a horrid business decision for them.








HVS got tons of offers from publishers after the game was officially announced at IGN. They were even able to finish the game before deciding on a publisher, so the publishers couldn't interfer with the quality of the game.
