I've finished the game two days ago, and I must say it's more like a Nightfire 1.5 than GoldenEye 2 (which is not a bad thing if you ask me). The gameplay is definitely solid, and the Call of Duty 4 engine works as good as ever (though it takes a lot of CPU and GPU power on my PC for some unknown reasons). The cutscenes could definitely be improved though, but then again, you don't have to watch them at all.
The game should have been renamed Casino Royale though, because there are only 4 missions about the new movie. They are all awesome though! xD
Multiplayer is OK. It's missing lots of things like game options, bots, etc. It's good for what it does, but it will never be at the same level as Halo 3 or CoD 4/5. |
