Is WoW a drug?

Most addictions are bad, making you less a part of the real world. World of Warcraft can be extremely bad. But it doesn't alter your physiology.

 

Does anyone even know what "figure of speech" is anymore?

I don't really know how to respond to this. I thought that World of Warcraft was generally accepted to be bad for people's social life, even dangerously addictive sometimes. So for me, that puts the entire question into the "not figure of speech" category.

I would say that "it's like a drug", not "it's a drug". But I guess if the difference isn't important to you, by all means, say it's a drug.

 

 Wow some people these days. The J man is comparing the addictiveness of a drug to that of WoW. Of course its not a drug but in some ways it is. Thats why the J man asked the question , and its called figure of speech for a reason and thats what the J man used in his title. Calm down and stop taking things so literally because its not good for you.
