360's lead is not unsurmountable, but it's daunting, given the trend this year. Look at this past qtr, where the focus is on how PS3 outsold the 360...eventhough 360 has a price cut, PS3 had MGS4, so I think things are in a holding pattern untill we see how the holiday season plays out. I think M$ strategy was for the price cut was the holiday season, not some near-term boost, so starting on Black Friday, we will be able to determine how potent the mixture of price cuts and games are for 360.
