As far as I know...
PC gaming is very small world in Japan.
reasons is various...
1. FPS isn't popular with Japanese
2. Many people buy PC not to play game
3. PC of Major maker is lack of ability to play 3D gaming
4. small market to get profit.
In Japan, well-sold PC gaming is called "Ero-ge-" that contains pornographic content...
I think the market of PC gaming is almost dead
