Halo is the party game, Gears of War had its own unique style (the art, violence, third person), and CoD4 filled the Counter-Strike demand (modern setting, quick kills, realism). Killzone 2 doesn't seem to have much setting itself apart from these games - as a 360 game I'd put it at 4-5mil lifetime, max. Gears of War is just over 5mil, and it has much more going for it. |
I haven't played KZ2 yet so I really can't argue with your opinion but I have played gears, Halo and cod4 so I suppose I could make a clearer judgement when KZ2 releases.
