The price of the system (PS3 at $400 for a stripped out console) do not justify the sales of a game running for $60, sorry. The only PS3 units that will be moved are the bundles from people who would want the system, but people who already own the PS3 will get the game because that majority won't help move consoles, just sales. I have stated it time and time again as the PS3 isn't selling out is because people would love to play their old games as well as new. Why do you think the vast majority of the Wii systems are being sold? Because people still own GCN games, but new people are buying the system who never owned a GCN.
Plus people would want a console that is more affordable since the economy has been bad, and this will also hurt the sales of the PS3, but not the game. Don't count your Chocobos before they hatch.
