This is the intro to the Hospital campaign. Which leads us to believe there will be a conclusion for it, as well as an intro and conclusion for each of the other 3 campaigns.
The thought alone is gonna make my head explode.
I mean, did you see Francis be all bad-ass with the shotgun? Seriously. This game is the best.
