No, all three companies give the same figures for worldwide now, which is shipped to retail.
The problem arises with what to do about Sony's figures for the PS2 and PSP, because the old figures for those are all "shipped to warehouse" type thing (still in Sony's hands) and the two different type of shipping numbers should not be combined, which means we don't really know the correct figures for PS2 or PSP.
The main reason they are not updated though is because Microsoft and Sony no longer give regional breakdowns of their reports, which means there would only be 1 number available to update each half year anyway, and as those numbers are easy enough to find on the site through The Sources news posts/thread about quarterly reports it isn't really that important.
