That can't be right. The group that attacked her castle (Called Wizard) Kidnapped her and the only reason they attacked the castle was to get the White Knight(which Lenard ended up getting).
Before I was wondering why they kidnapped the Princess if all they wanted was the White Knight but it seems that Lenard and the Princess are childhood friends or something of the sort so it makes sense.
They didn't take the castle over.
