I know that. I said Advance Wars because that's what I meant.
"Why limit it on Nintendo? the Wii's VC have other non-Nintendo systems as well."
There were no other successful handhelds with good enough game libraries. Game Gear is the only one with a chance, but that was mainly Master System and Mega Drive ports.
