All I saw was the fact that you can still change it to make it pretty much a normal dual analog, D-Pad, 4 face button, 2 shoulder button controller. That makes it no different from what I prefer now, only difference is that if I want to I could pull it apart and use it like a Wiimote, but with motion along with 2 analogs instead of 1.
I don't see the issue here. It is something that will actually work for both types of gamers instead of just 1. I prefer choices.
Also, who cares if it looks ugly? Only thing I would care about is if it sits confortably in my hands.
So before be start moaning, we should be actually be happy. Not only because we are getting something new, but at the same time they are not really taking anything away from what we are already accustomed to.
