I played that demo and it LOOKS great... I just hat that it's turn based, if you're going to battle like tales of symphonia it would have been great to be able to move always. You could just have to wait a little before attacking but you should be ble to be ALWAYS on the move while in battle.
I played blue dragon demo too... I was really looking forward to BD but... the battle system seems a little too complicated... even the grafics look kind of "simple". And this comes from a guy that loves akira toriyama's artwork as much the next guy, but I think the art style on eternal sonata is a lot better...
