The Wii2 will probably be more powerful with the technology in the Wiimote more enhanced.
The PS4 will basically be the same as the PS3 with an improved online service, lower price, and hardware that's sold at a profit from day one. Perhaps they'll make some improvements to the Sixaxis so that its motion-sensing is better, maybe even put some kind of laser/target/trigger pointer on it for some of the games, but it will still look the same and have analog sticks, button, and d-pad.
Due to the billions of dollars lost and the fact that the 360 is only popular in one territory on top of the fact that it will probably be in third place by the end of the generation, I honestly don't think that MS will be back a third time. Investors and shareholders are probably ready to explode at all of the red ink and will probably cut life support when it ends up having sold at the same rate as the original Xbox while not having brought anything new to the market(other than Xbox Live, which won't have the same advantages next gen) or having expanded upon anything that was already there.
Consoles owned: Saturn, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, PSP, DS, PS3
