F bethesda and whatever team ported Fallout 3

i dont know but gamespot give it 8.5 on ps3 & 9.0 on 360 .. this is the first time gamespot dont put the same score for both consoles also IGN give it 9.4 for ps3 & 9.6 for 360 ? is the issues that big ?
