That way he can say it performed "below expectations". Watch that be his exact wording. In fact, he's doing it right now in the Fable 2 predictions thread. He predicted a paltry 500k so when it does better he can say it did "above expectations". lol.

PS3 needs to do well in japan so it can get the Super Robot Wars main line.

A SRW for the PS3 was announced early this year in Famitsu. We just haven't heard anything about it.
The DS SRW has a chance to come out in NA though! Endless Frontier (SRW DS subtitle) was trademarked for NA.

A SRW. No mention of it or rather it's from the main franchise though.
The PS2, Xbox and Gamecube all got SRW games... the difference was the PS2 got the mainline console game... and therefore got 3-4 more of them.
They usually have a mainline console branch, and mainline handheld branch.
That's good news about the DS spinoff, though it won't play like SRW. Will play more towards your tastes though i imagine.
