I don't think it will be the same problem at the end of the day for Sony. They have a huge lineup of good quality games that should stop the quality over quantity problem of the N64 days. When the 64 came out Nintednos only problem was they did not have a big enoughf first party to back their system the way they wanted to, and the problem with Gamecube was the low sales, so they could not use all their devs to make great games for it. With Sony they have the third largest development house in gaming under the Playstation, and have set a good path of games for the next 1 1/2. If the Playstation 3 is not in 2nd or has to small of an install base by the end of next year we may see what happened to the N64 and Cube happen to it. In the end the PS3 will go down as one of the greatest consoles of all time. The only question is will it be N64 great or PS2 great?
