Can Halo 3 be rivaled by Gears of War 2?

Gears 1 was a relative slow burner early on compared to Halo 3, but Gears 2 will be much more front loaded, it must be able to achieve north of 2mil in the first week.

 

 

You may be right. I mean, Halo: Combat Evolved hit 5,000,000 in two years (like Gears of War), and Halo 2 sold 5 million in three weeks, probably because the first one was well-liked, and a great deal of people looked forward to the sequel. Isn't is the same thing for Gears of War 2?
