Ooops, sorry, I completely missed your post.
As you said, the 140m was just an error, it should have been 130m.
Anyway, the difference between the numbers we've been using is down to rounding. The previous shipment numbers we were using were rounded off to 1m through December with shipments since then added to it which were only rounded off to 10k. These new numbers are rounded off to 100k through June and we'll be adding future shipments which will be rounded off to 10k. So whilst there was a margin of error of 500k before, from now on there will only be a margin of error of 50k.
