Which Wii game should I get... Scarface or Trauma Center

I have Scarface and it is no where near as good as the godfather, the game will make you think you're breaking your Wii with all the clicks and bangs from the disc drive. The graphics are all really grey and nothing that impressive. The opening takes forever to skip through which makes it annoying to just get in to play and for some reason I kept getting a bad headache each time I played it. I've also got the Godfather, Vice City and San Andreas... Vice city is way more fun then Scarface... The Godfather plays way better then Scarface..

 

I'd consider getting a used copy of trauma center and also definately pick up Mario Strikers Charged if you haven't already. I'm not a sports fan at all... and I love this game.
