First half 2007 Japan Software Top 100 - Pure Nintendomination

MH2 has been the only "smash" titles released in the first half the year (in Japan). It may not even stay in the top 10, by the time the full year has been concluded.

Still - its a real highlight for Sony (and Capcom), in what is essentially a depressing set of charts for Sony.

Find it hard to believe the PS3 has only TWO titles in the top 100 - Gundam Musou at #30 & VF5 at #97.

The PS2 has still done ok, although that the Wii is almost matching it - within its first 6 months of life - has to be a concern. The Wii also just tipped the PS2 for total software sales (although if you count software not in the top 100, the PS2 should take the lead).

Be interesting to debate what titles will make the top#10 by the END of the year...

 - Mario Galaxy (#3?)
 - Wii Sports
 - Crisis Core (FF7)
 - Crystal Chronicles (DS)
 - Wii Play(?)
 - Pokemon(?)
 - Zelda DS(?)
 - MH2(?)

Could something on the PS3 (this year) make the list? Devil May Cry? Eye of Judgement?

Have I missed anything? (is Wii Music or WiiFit coming this year?)
